Villa with private pool and extensive gardens. Situated atop a hill in the village of Las Negras, the villa offers stunning sea and mountain views. The house provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people and it is decorated to a high standard. Relax in the privacy of its own gardens and pool, take the 15 minute walk to the small but vibrant village of Las Negras or discover the beautiful natural beaches Parque Natural Cabo de Gata has to offer.

The 230 m2 house offers spacious living accommodation for up to 8 people:

​

- Dining area and separate lounge area with wood burner.

- 4 bedrooms, two of them with superking size beds and the other two with 2 single beds.

- 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Towels and hairdryer are provided.

- Fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and nespresso machine.

- Separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- The extensive outdoor space provides a private swimming pool, outdoors dining area and barbecue.

There is air conditioning (cold and hot air) in all the rooms in the Villa to make your stay comfortable all year around.

Guest can use wifi and Netflix at no extra costs.

Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
